Welcome to Jasper County EMS online patient services. Thank you for entrusting Jasper County EMS (JCEMS) with your care.

 

We understand that questions regarding billing, insurance, or medical records may arise following an ambulance response, and we want to make accessing these services as simple as possible.

Beginning September 1, 2026 JCEMS utilizes MedBill, a third-party ambulance billing company, to manage patient billing services. Through the links provided on this page, patients may securely update insurance information, pay an ambulance bill, or request medical records from an ambulance.  All attorney and legal requests for records are also managed by our contracted billing partner, MedBill.  For questions regarding an ambulance bill, insurance claim, payment, or account balance with a date of service on or after September 1, 2026 click the MedBill link below.

Prior to September 1, JCEMS utilized Ambulance Billing Services as our contracted billing vendor.  For billing questions and payments for dates of service before 09/01/2026 click the ABS link below.
